Mother Of Carmel

Sweet Mother of Carmel, I praise and honour you!
You are the Mother of the Messiah, chosen by God.
The Star of Hope, Mother Most Pure,
You've protected me in all my years.

You're a true disciple of Jesus, your Divine Son,
You protect and love so many, Blessed Virgin Mother,
You watch over me at all times, O Mother of the Most Holy Rosary,
And you lead all to prayers for Heaven's gain.

You are the Refuge of Sinners,
Your life of love and faithfulness, an inspiration.
Immaculate Mother,
You and Joseph brought up Jesus in all goodness.
He is our Lord and Savior!

When Jesus began the greatest mission,
You stood behind Him, O Mother of Love.
A believer of Jesus, you treasured Him in your heart,
And you followed Him through dangers in your motherly love!


"Woman ... Behold Thy Son!" was Jesus' message to you
while dying on the Cross.
"Son ... Behold Thy Mother!" was Jesus' message to apostle John.
Messages for all of us from Jesus, O Virgin Mother sweet and kind.
In your suffering, O Mother of Christ,
You were there at Calvary, in pain but full of love!

When Jesus was crucified you were in great sorrow,
You stayed at the foot of His Cross.
When He was taken down you held Him in your arms.
And after three days you saw Him in Glory! When He was raised!

O Mother Full of Grace, Mother of Carmel's land,
In Heaven you give your Motherly Intercession.
You give us your Love and Protection here below.
O Gate of Heaven, for leading us to prayers and the Love of God,
in your splendour I thank and love you!
